In the Sign In page, simply click on “Reset Password” button. Enter your email address & we will email you the link to change your password. Please make sure your email address is correct.  You can change your password in “My Account” under your username anytime.

I wish to change/update my personal details.

Sign in to your account, go to “My Account” under your username. In “My Account” page, go to “Your Details” and click “Change” button to change/update your personal details.

We deliver your order throughout Malaysia only (Shipping fee may apply).

Free shipping delivery is applicable for East Malaysia.

How will you deliver my order?

We are using GDex and Skynet courier service to deliver your order. Delivery would take 1-3 business days. Please expect a longer delivery lead time during promotional periods.

Can I cancel my order after it being shipped?

No.

How long does the new gaming product to arrive after launch if I pre-order them?

It would arrive within 1 - 3 working days due to shipping.
